Today, with Camilla, we spoke about where we lived, in Bordeaux and LA. Camilla told me her impression about Bordeaux. She saw my picture and she thinks that Bordeaux is a beautiful city, with a lot of history and a lot of culture. I told her that we have a good public transportation and Bordeaux reminds her London (she lived there). I learned that in LA, the suburbs consist of vast residential areas where lives families.

She told me that the city center of Los Angeles is so different to the city center of Bordeaux. In Downtown Los Angeles (the center), there are a lot of  buildings, homeless people, immigrants, and not a good public transportation system (it's so bad, she have to do a lot of things by car!). The suburbs of Los Angeles have "mini-cities" - like Santa Monica, Venice and  there are a lot of businesses, nightlife and attractions over there. The fastest way of traveling to all of these mini-cities is by car!

We spoke about The suburb of Burbank because it is where there are all the movie studios like Warner Bros. and Disney.
