Julien Couturier

Hi,

          My name is Julien Couturier, I’m 20 and I come from Léognan, at the south of Bordeaux, where my family lives. It’s a small town especially well-known for his wine. Indeed the “Pessac-Leognan” is a really good wine known in the whole world. One bottle can cost hundreds of euros!

  The landscape in Leognan looks like huge area of vine.

This bottle cost about 400 euros!! (500 $).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

          Every day I come at the ENSCBP (graduate school of Chemistry, Biology and Physics of Bordeaux) in car because the school is in Pessac, at 10-15km from my home, and there are few buses and no tramway that come to Léognan. Before I arrived at school this year I was at CPBx during three years. Normally, it’s a two-year intensive undergraduate study in science but I was lucky, I could do this training with an arrangement in my timetable thanks to the sport. Indeed, I have done athletics since I was 6 years old and I participated at 10 French Championships during these 5-6 previous years.

         I love the atmosphere of Athletics,  the fact to surpass myself each time and people in my club so I keep training several times each week to hold my level and since two years I became coach to permit children like this beautiful sport.

 

          My English partner is Alejandro Sosa, he’s 19. I forgot his whole name because he is too long. He has one sister, Sandy which is 14 years old and started the high school this year. His family lives at Los Angeles, only 5 minutes from Hollywood, but Sosa lives in an apartment near his school during the year.  His father is one of the best butchers of Los Angeles and his mother, Fabiola is a secretary in a company that sell clothes.

          He said me that he has worked as an extra in films this summer and he met lots of famous actors. He likes disguises, he said me this week he will take inspiration of Black swan for his disguise for Halloween. Last year, he has chosen to look like Walter White, the hero of the series Breaking Bad, it was completely successful. I look forward to see photos this year.
